If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please see our refund and return policy below. ## Order Cancellation Orders can be canceled up to 12 hours after purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. ## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via support email virelle.story@gmail.com. To process your request, please provide: * Your order number * Photos of the item received * A description of the problem If approved, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost. ## Lost Packages If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange: * A new shipment, or * A full refund ## Returns Due to the nature of our international shipping process, customers are not required to return products unless specifically instructed by our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. ## Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
