Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours after purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at virelle.story@gmail.com.
To process your request, please provide:
* Your order number
* Photos of the item received
* A description of the problem
If approved, we offer a full refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange:
* A new shipment, or
* A full refund
Returns
Due to the nature of our international shipping process, customers are not required to return products unless specifically instructed by our support team.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Situations without refunds
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
* Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
* Delays caused by customs or local postal services
* Normal variations in color, size, or appearance shown in product images
* Regret of purchase after order shipment
